Law and regulations
Basic requirements for doctoral studies in the Czech Republic are stipulated by Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on the Modification and Amendment of Other Acts (the Higher Education Act). The studies in a doctoral degree programme are also governed by these internal regulations:
